An ASHP extracts heat from the outside air using a refrigerant circuit, compresses it to raise the temperature, and then transfers that heat into your central heating system to warm your radiators, underfloor heating and hot water cylinder. Additionally, there’s no VAT on the install either (until at least March 2027 under the energy saving materials relief).
